Patential Search Inc. was founded to provide research and support services to inventors, patent attorneys and technology corporations. Patential Search offers essential intellectual property services including prior art research, document delivery and other USPTO assistance at reasonable, posted rates. The advantage of Patential Search Inc. lies in our cost effective, stream-lined operations which are unique among larger firms.

Patential Search is comprised of patent and trademark searchers with backgrounds in science and technology. We employ professional scientists and engineers only on a consultant basis in order to keep operating costs low. We do not bill like a law firm since we do not employ attorneys.

Our office in the heart of Washington D.C. gives us complete access to many of the nation's most important resources. Being in the capital city gives us the opportunity to acquire documents and publications from numerous libraries and databases including the US Library of Congress and the US Patent and Trademark Office.
